Built an AI voice receptionist for healthcare practices focused on front-desk call handling. The product handles inbound calls, scheduling and cancellation requests, patient lookup, waitlist routing, and safe transfers to human staff when needed.

The Problem

Healthcare front desks are overloaded by repetitive phone work: appointment requests, cancellations, routing questions, waitlist checks, and patient lookup. Missed calls and slow handoffs create operational drag for staff and frustrating experiences for patients.

The Solution

Built a voice AI workflow for clinical practices that captures caller intent, supports scheduling and cancellation flows, looks up patient context, routes waitlist requests, and escalates cleanly to staff when the conversation requires human judgment.
