What is measured
Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, navigation, résumé downloads, contact actions, project engagement, and consulting-interest actions. Campaign links use opaque identifiers such as app_0001.
What is not sent
Recruiter names, email addresses, company contacts, private application details, compensation data, and other personally identifiable information are not intentionally placed in analytics events or campaign URLs.
Your choice
In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied until you accept it on the banner shown there. Elsewhere, measurement starts on and you can turn it off below at any time. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is honoured everywhere and turns analytics storage off without any action from you.
Attribution limits
A tracked visit is only a probabilistic signal. Automated scanners, security tools, link forwarding, and shared URLs can create visits that do not represent a specific person.
